My journey with lawnmower racing began in 2006 when my (then future) husband took me to watch him race at Knebworth House. He was already an accomplished racer, having won the British Championship and multiple 12-hour races.

Over the past two decades, we’ve traveled across the country, attending countless events with our two children and making lifelong friends along the way. Our son was just six days old when he attended his first race, and I hope he’ll soon follow in his dad’s footsteps and take to the track himself.

Having previously served on the 12-hour committee and helped out with the club for many years, I finally took the plunge in 2025 and joined the main committee. I’m excited to continue supporting this incredible sport and community.
